Tipping policy: In lieu of gratuity, your return visits to the clinic are the best tip, and referrals to a family member, friend, or co-worker are greatly appreciated.
Cancellation policy: If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule, or a fee of $60 plus HST will apply. If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, you will not be charged for cancelling your appointment within 24 hours. We just ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible.
Late arrival policy: If you arrive late for your appointment, you will be billed for the full cost of your original booking. Thank you for respecting our time.
