Torontonians will always remember the summer of 2018 when the Danforth community was struck by tragedy. On the evening of July 22, 2018 the life of 10-year old Julianna Despina Kozis was cruelly and needlessly taken. The city was forever changed on that tragic day. Our hearts go out to Julianna’s loved ones and everyone affected by the tragedy.
Today, we are proudly reaching out in support of the JDK Foundation, a charity founded by Julianna’s friends and family to honour her legacy. The JDK Foundation or the “Just Do Kindness” Foundation was created to celebrate the kindness and positivity that Julianna embodied in life.
Her loved ones described her as, “a light; a girl who had so much love in her heart and wanted peace throughout.” The JDK Foundation hopes to keep her light shining by spreading the message of love and kindness to make the world a better place.
We’re lending our support by holding an in-clinic raffle. As always, we are in awe of our client’s generosity. Tickets are flying off the shelves! We’re waiting with bated breath in anticipation to see who will be the lucky WINNER of a 1-hour massage therapy gift certificate.
