As masking mandates in Ontario evolve, we’d like to take this opportunity to inform you about masking requirements for our clinic.

Our facilities are considered a “healthcare setting” by Public Health and our governing body, the CMTO. Clients are still required to wear a mask upon entering our clinic, while in common areas, and during your massage therapy treatment. Your RMT will continue to wear a medical-grade mask and possibly other forms of PPE.

Should you wish to wait for your appointment inside, you are welcome to enter the clinic, sanitize your hands, and have a seat in our waiting room. We ask that you continue to arrive at the start of your appointment time to avoid over crowding our waiting room. Seating is limited for your safety and comfort.

Clients who wish to wait outside are also welcome to do so. Your RMT will greet you at the start of your appointment time.
